Shipping Times

Local orders: 2–5 business days after production.

Note: Shipping timelines exclude production times (7–14 business days).

Shipping Providers: We ship via Pudo – Pudo to Pudo, and Pudo to Door.

Returns

Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Please use the sizing chart before placing your order.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days once the return is approved.
