1. Product Information

All items are made-to-order and handmade with care. Please allow for slight variations in color, design, or sizing due to the custom nature of the products.

2. Order Processing

Production begins only once full payment is received. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days before shipping.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Rands and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, SnapScan, Zapper, and Ozow payments.

4. Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for courier delays once the item has been shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order items, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and logos are the property of Fusion Life, TMB, Dil E Nadan, Raymond Ramnarine, and Shivam Rajaram and may not be copied or reproduced.
